A Superdrug planagram released from head office in August 2008 showed that Zoo magazine should be stocked on the bottom shelf beside Bliss, Sugar and Cbeebies.
When supporters complained in writing to head office, they tried to blame the store for the instructions they had given them. The magazine was taken out of stock in that store and smoothed over as a one-off mistake. However the same individual who complained found a similar display with Nuts on the bottom shelf next to Bratz and Cbeebies in another Superdrug store. The store manager confirmed that the same name and date was on the planagram in the second store.
A similar report came in regarding a third store in a different area.
