In these Terms of Use, when we refer to "you", we are referring to you, the person accessing and using this Website.

The Front Page Campaign is currently an unincorporated association, so when we refer to "us", "we" and "our", we are referring to the Management Committee of The Front Page Campaign, who own and operate this Website on behalf of the Campaign. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

You must not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You may not use this Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair this Website or interfere with any other person’s use and enjoyment of this Website.


USE OF OUR INTERACTIVE FACILITIES

This Website contains a number of interactive facilities, including a ‘Forum’ and ‘Chat’ facility designed to enable you to communicate with other users.


You agree to use the interactive areas of this Website only to post and receive messages and material that are proper and related to work of The Front Page Campaign. You agree not to post (or otherwise send) any material (or links to material) which:

  • is threatening, abusive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit, blasphemous, profane, intended or likely to incite racial or religious hatred, or is otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way in terms of standards prevailing from time to time in the United Kingdom;

  •  infringes any intellectual property rights or data protection rights of any third party (including, without limitation, using the Service to send unsolicited e-mails for the purposes of direct marketing);

  •  does not relate to The Front Page Campaign or otherwise to protecting children from harmful media. 

The interactive sections of our website are self-regulatory facilities which are not monitored regularly by us. However, we reserve the right to review materials posted by you and to remove any materials in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the Forum at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

If you have any complaint regarding activities of other users of this Website, you should, in the first instance, refer the matter to us. We will endeavour to deal with such complaints expeditiously and where necessary, refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement agency, where the dispute is of a criminal or otherwise illegal nature.

DONATING MONEY


You can donate to The Front Page Campaign via PayPal by simply clicking on “donations” hyperlink on our “Funding” page. This will take you to a secure page allowing you to make a donation. We will use any donations you make to us to further the aims and objectives of The Front Page Campaign.

All donations are non-refundable. When a card donation is made on the Website the transaction is final unless unauthorised use of your payment card is proved.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: This section restricts the extent to which we are liable for any losses which may be suffered in connection with your use of our Website. It also requires you to compensate us for any loss we suffer as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms of Use.

The Website is provided 'as is'.
